This hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the luxurious amenities that were available. the rooms were spacious and included exclusive features such as an iPad that controlled everything from the blinds to the lighting. the extensive pillow menu provided a personalized touch to our stay. the on-site dining options were also exceptional, offering special diet menus and private facilities. We were thrilled to find recycling options and no single-use shower products in the room, which reduced plastic waste.
The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of clear signage on the main entrance. We entered through a restaurant/bar, which was confusing at first.

The location of the hotel is great, with shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are new and beautiful, with spacious closets and comfortable beds. The bathroom is modern and attractive. The hotel offers an extensive pillow menu for a customized sleep experience. The in-room dining options are decent, with a great burger available. The hotel also has a pool and gym for guests to enjoy. Plus, the hotel is environmentally conscious, offering guests the Appelles range of shower products and recycling options in the room bins.
One negative aspect is that some of the technology in the rooms, such as the iPad controls and smart switches, didn't always work properly.
